Kayleigh McEnany, co-host of Fox News’ “Outnumbered,” issued a warning to President Joe Biden and the Democratic Party on Tuesday over their policy choices.
McEnany pointed to the fact that Biden has proposed raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, while at the same time supporting a massive influx of immigrants who are willing to work for far less.
“What does this say to the blue-collar worker?” she asked. “We don’t care about you.”
McEnany went on to say that the Democratic Party is no longer the party of working people, and that they have abandoned them in favor of illegal immigrants and “woke” causes.
“The Democratic Party is not the party of the working man anymore,” she said. “They have totally abandoned them.”
“He’s basically saying, ‘If you’re an illegal immigrant, we will give you free health care, free education, and sanctuary cities,'” she said.
“It’s incredible,” she added. “The Democratic Party has really lost touch with what it means to be an American.”
She continued: “You’re a blue-collar worker. Imagine how you feel. Okay, let’s say you didn’t go to college, right? You’re working a hard, blue-collar factory job, didn’t go to college.
“And you’re told you’re going to pay your neighbors’ kid’s student loan debt, which is what the Biden administration has told you. Then you go to your seat of government. If you’re a Georgia resident and your want-to-be governor has said, oh, and we want to help illegal immigrants go to college here and get this lavish in-state tuition deal.
“And then you look over to New York and these illegal migrants are staying in these big, fancy hotels.
“What does this say to the blue-collar worker, the forgotten man and woman in this country? We don’t care about you.”
“And you ask why there’s been a big fleet of these Reagan Democrats who were Democrats who voted for Reagan Democrats who now have returned home to the Republican Party. It’s because of things like this.
“And each time they do this, it’s just putting a knife in that wound of the working class.
“You asked the million-dollar question, why is it evil and inhumane for Governor DeSantis to send migrants to Martha’s Vineyard, but not evil and humane when Biden for two years sends secret flights of migrants around the nation? There’s no difference there.
“What an interesting piece of footage came out. Griff Jenkins brilliantly goes in front of the vice president’s residence at the Naval Observatory. He asks an illegal immigrant, Hey, you know, is the border secure? The vice president right there over the fence in the Naval Observatory says it’s secure.”
McEnany also slammed Biden for his support of Sanctuary Cities, which protect illegal immigrants from being deported. She argued that this policy makes it harder for law-abiding citizens to find jobs, and puts them at risk of being harmed by criminals.
Biden has yet to respond to these accusations, but it is clear that the RNC is not happy with his stance on immigration. They believe that he is putting the interests of illegal immigrants ahead of the safety and well-being of American citizens.
